Exhaust tips

I am sure someone has done it.
It wouldn't be wise because it is not spark arrested and would be VERY very loud.
Also with no restriction the bike might not run right, especially low end power.
I would think you would run the risk of leaning out and burning up the motor

You know I was thinking you should be fine
Jet down 2 or 3 sizes (There will be less air for combustion due to the lack of back pressure holding it in)
Take the exhaust off and ride it like you stole it.

Just for kicks when I put on my HPD exhaust on, I started it up without the muffler. It was VERY loud. Obnoixiously loud. And it wasnt evena good sounding loud. It had more of a pinging sound. Not only that, but throttle response SUCKED and the low end was GONE! I put the HPD muffler back on and was a happy man then If you ere to run it without the muffler, you would run into a few problems
1. the jetting would be way off and lean out the motor
2. You could burn the exhaust valve
3. The pipe would no longer be supported by the muffler and could break off at the head
4. No spark arrestor
5. TOO FRICKEN LOUD!!!
6. Not protection that the muffler provided to keep water and other junk from going down the pipe and into your motor

Take a friend with you. When you burn your exhaust valve (and you will) at least you'll have someone to tow you back.

NOT A GOOD IDEA. You will burn up your valves and it will run like SH%$. If you want a good reasonably priced muffler get a White Bros from Rocky Mountain ATV $179 and it sounds great and gives more bottom end.
