let me say if started doing it bad when i hit a puddle once and wen it get real hot if u only give it less then 3/4 throttle it wil bog and roll slow so to get it going u need to hit it full throttle and it will bog a lil then take off regular

my method of torqueing it is as tight as i can turn it except some parts i stop a lil early. but im thinkin its runnign really rich, something in the secondary, or something in those wires becasue both side panels are removed on mine. the one thats above teh fuel switch and the same on the other side. thinking maybe some water splashed in there into the wiring

you check your plug? is it fouled? or even wet? i think your running too rich.

my buddies TB250 has been bored .40 over, has the hot seat pipe, k&n,,,, and was doing exactly the same thing. he had 190 jet(i think?) and was wetting the plug and it was bogging down all the time. he just recently rejetted down to 150 and adjusted the needle clip to the bottom setting and was doing wheelies all friggin day!!!!

id play your needle clip before you do too much. this will tell you if its running too rich or lean. i bet if you put the clip at the top it would run alittle better. if it does, then you could probably rejet down a size.

just my 2 cents,,,,, good luck!
