Chris

Since you are in the Polaris forum, we care that its a Polaris. If you don't want to buy one, don't. If you don't have anything but crap to had, don't add it at all, Moron!!!

Boy, some people do jump to conclutions.

40 years ago people said no one would walk on the moon.
100 years ago people said the automobile was "just a fad".

I can see it now. In a few years we can say, "a few years ago people said Polaris would never make a good sport quad".

Considering Polaris make some fast and sharp sleds, I will state that they WILL, without a doubt, make a true, good, sport quad. Now, this is just my opinion, and we all know what they say about opinions. But I do think it will happen eventually.

I agree with Lurch. Polaris will learn, and a matter of fact, they are learning right now. You will see a decent sport quad from Polaris. It's common sense. They came out with their first manual tranny last year, and are obviously gonna experiment with it. I mean COME ON IT"S COMMON SENSE! They are not just gonna sit there watch other companies take over in that market. They want a piece of the cheese too.
I would also like to add that the SP500 is BETTER than the Rubicon.

First of all polaris' engines are made be Fugi in Japan. And their gear box on the 425, "The best manual tranny weve ever rode." Proclaimed dirtwheels. And ATV action said "It could be lugged down in fifth gear and still pull out of a turn. Fifth gear is true overdrive." So just MAYBE Polaris has a couple things up there sleve on this new HIGH-PROFORMANCE machine.

I do know all the present Polaris engines ar made by Fuji Heavy Industriy of Japan (also the makers of Suburu cars), but from what I have heard, the new big twin is said to be domestic, like the Polaris snowmobile engines.

I also know, from two reliable sources, that Polaris has several high perf machines from other companies, one being the DS650, in the R&D department. Now, I am not the smartest guy, but I do know they are not looking at the DS650 for ideas on a new 4x4 utility.

Banzi! Yoko -moto. hung chow suck-howwwwwwwww!

Buy your Jap bikes! Who cares!

It seems to me namecalling on a computer is worthless!

500 H.O. King of utility quads.

If Polaris doesn't make a sport bike, big deal.

The scrambler will beat any 4wd. sport!
