Default 04,330 TRAILBOSS

My chainguard also rubs and the chain vibrates at certain rpm,s . I took a grinder to the chainguard and ground down where it rubs now it works great. Other than these small issues it is a great machine. I can go almost everywhere the sportsmans can go. I like it alot better than my Trailblazer.

My girlfriends TB330 made some chain noise until I tightened it up a little bit. Nothing seems to rub and it has been great for 6 months now. Never had it in deep water though [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

I've had my chain guard break twice. Looking at making one rather than buy stock. They aren't expensive, just gets annoying to replace them. Mine is 4 years old and never been to the shop. Other than the mods I put on it, only had to do routine service.
