Default Chain help

I have a 2003 Scarambler and was wondering, is it possible for the adjustment to compensate for one full link on the chain. My chain broke so I bought a new 76 link chain and it seems to be about 1 link short.
I am the second owner and I don't know if the previous ower moved it that far to take up for stretch.

Thanks

76 links should fit your machine..do you know the steps to loosen&tighten the chain?if you do loosen it up as much as you can then put the chain on and tighten it..

Default Chain help

This is my first time. I was gonna go back to the dealer to get a chain with one more link, but thought I would ask here first. I have a 2002 owners manual that shows how to do it, but it's not what I would call real clear on the details. I'm going out now to give it a try.

Thanks

Got it on. It wasn't that bad, it'll be easier next time now that I know how to do it.
