I had my first major breakdown today although it had nothing to do with Polaris quality or design.
Somehow a stick got up into my fan and bent the blade causeing it to impale my radiator. I have the rad out and I will call tomorrow to see how bad Im going to get raped on the price...lol
I bent the blade back to where it looks normal but if I can buy just the blade and not the whole fan I will get a new one of those too.

Anybody care to guess what a new radiator will cost.

I don't know how much a new one would be but I'd try one of the atv salvage places as well.

Yeah I was guessing around 200 bucks too. I may take it to a radiator shop just to see what they say about it. Maybe it could be fixed.

Jaime
Thanks a lot buddy.
Depending on what I find out tomorrow I may very well be in touch with you. Why is he selling his radiator?

If your radiator is the same as the Xpedition425 it should only cost about 150$. I ran into a tree stump last year which bent the support back, bending the radiator to the point of leaking and that was the price they quoted me. I turned it in to my insurance and the total bill was 489$. They replaced all the brackets including where the rad bolts, also where the front rack bolts up and the protective peice in front of the radiator, but the radiator itself was only 150...maybe 159$ at the most. Dont let em get to ya on that!
