Default 04 pred? please help!

can anyone help me figure out what this might be? I have recently modded my 04 pred not by much but here it goes
I have been talking with doug nichoals for help on my jetting after trial and failure I think I might have it dialed in now
I am running the white brothers slip-on with all eight discs and the spark arrestor
stock air box and lid with the k&n drop in filter and 5 uni vents in the back of the box
the gearing is 13/38
my main jet is a 170, and I am running the stock pilot jet, I am down one notch on the needle, and 3 full turns from fully closed on my air/fuel mixture screw
The quad seems to pull hard and feels good but I notice though when Im getten on her pretty good it seems to pop could this be the rev limiter or maybe a jetting issue still or?
thanks for any help or advice to fix the issue............................................. ........nice to see what polaris has done for 05

With the pipe and air box mods, you will rev quicker then stock. Put in a Pro Com rev limiter and see if it still does it. Plus you should have it anyways with your mods to get the full effect.
