We got a Polaris 500 and 90 here. I want to know if anybody has and recomended mods for either bike.

do you already have the govener removed from it? and the throtal screw?

Lol, hey i'm the person with the sportsman 90, yes i did the throttle screw, and not the governor yet. i don't think i'm goin to do the governor, i't a risk. Go fast, or pay dough to fix the burned up quad!

lol then there is no point in modding it because with the govener on it you will not be able to get above like 10 mph because the govener prevents you from doing that....

10 MPH!!! what are you talking about? i can go up to 40-50! I reved up that engine to excellent performance!!

The governors are not that intrusive on the 80-90cc class atvs. Even my little sisters stock raptor 80 will do 30 with the governor still in.

hmm ok...guess I am wrong lol...I know that when my little bros hits about 10 it starts bouncing off the rev limiter...but take the govener off it will do about 45 50 (under the right conditions mind you)
