damn i wish i woulda been there to see it but a friend just called me and told me about the drag races that went on at westfair last night...said that nicholas cycles drag predator really got the job done and that no one really stood a chance...kind of made me feel good to hear that it was tearing up banshees and spittin em out like it was its job!

maybe we can get one of the guys from nicholas to respond or someone who went there..

Well I race for nicholas cycle. I wasnt able to attend that race but his wins there don't suprise me. I have been a lot of places with Doug and he just doesn't lose. That pred is fast and it looks super cool to. Blue frame chrome a-arms, swingarm, axel, and everything. Black plastic with blue dragons painted on it. There mgith be a pic in dirtwheels or some magazine i cant remember what one but they did an interview with him at the birthday party.

 

is their scrammy or predator faster??

 

if you go to the rath forum they have a pic of what looks to be the NEW 450 motor. im buying a new pred in 06 i cant wait to see whats going to be on the menu.

 

i think my friend said that when the scrammy and the pred raced from nicholas it did an ok job keeping up...better than anything else did but the pred still one.

 

I don't know no if its true or not, but I've heard that his scrambler is a little faster than his predator.

His sport is still faster, and is putting out some serious hp(probably like 85-90hp), but his goal is to get the pred faster than his sport. I think his sport runs something close to 4.3's, and the pred is running about 4.5's & 4.6's. Both are still pretty fast for running gasoline, and having shocks.

 

yeah i think either his sport or scrammy has the 416 pwer kit from HPD and it puts out rght around 90 horse.
