hand grips

I usually use compressed air. If there are not holes in the end, poke a small hole in them. Next take your blow gun attatchment(or something similar) from an air compressor and force air into one end. It should blow the oposite hand grip off. Next cover the bar end with your hand, put the nozzle in the next side and blow. You have to let it slip off while blowing into it. If you don't have a compressore then you can try rolling them off, but it's a major pain.

air ithe best just like fishslab said also when you put the new one on it helps to have a buddy there to hepl you, I shot one of my new grips about 30 feet down the driveway when I went to put them on!!!

I did that @ the track one day with my little compressor. I was trying to dry my glueing agent when i blew the grip off the other side. BEFORE THE RIDE.
