I HAVE A HPD PIPE WHICH IT WAS FINE ALL SUMMER LONG AS FAR AS JETTING GOES. BUT NOT FOR THE TEMP. THAT NIGHT. STILL HAD WARRANTY LEFT OVER FROM 5 YEARS. TOOK IT IN, GOT BORED AND NEW PISTON. BROUGHT IT HOME AND IT STILL DOES THE SAME PART THROTTLE THING. TOOK IT BACK, THEY PUT ON A NEW RADIATOR CAP, BROUGHT IT HOME AND IT STILL DOES THE SAME THING. THEY DONT KNOW **** IT HAS TO BE THE JETTING????? HELP !!!!!!!!!!!

did after the rebuild did you re torque the head and base? my 2002 Scrambler fried because of a base gasket blew out....if you have any dampness around the base you might have a bad gasket I saw two of these do that one was a 2000 and was mine a 2002....just my .015 cents (after taxes)
