Default 1994 400L issues

Hey i just recently picked up my 94 400l and its been sitting for a while its got 600 miles on it so not much use, but the sun has been baking on it. The radiator overflow tank crack when i touched it, anyone happen to have one for sale? also i think that the clutch is out of balance or something, the belt is fine, but when i give it gas, i really have to romp the throttle to get it to kick in, the clucth is working fine, but it makes some wierd noise at a certain rpm. once i get it to go it seems like the belt is slipping, so i too the cover off and the bolt that holds the clutch in seems to be vibrating real bad when it makes that noise.. anyone know if i can fix this myself or should i just take it to the shop? Im fine with working on things myself as i have a 97 jeep wrangler lifted and big axles, but i guess the real question is whats the deal with the clutch setup? anyone have any idea, i would really appreciate any help!

Ill check this forum, but if someone could instant message me i could explain a little easier. thank you in advance for your help.

hey thank you, i took the secondary clutch out and found the button ramps where bad, replaced and good now, only thing is that the backing plate to the cover has moved forward and caused the cover to rub real bad.
