Default New Polaris Owner w/ a Question

Hello All.

First... I bought my first Polaris yesterday, not only my first Polaris but my first ATV. I looked at many (to many) and like it the most. I ended up with the 2004 magnum 4x4.

My question is... Will my Magnum fit in my 03 F150? I am considering buying a trailer but in the future, so can anyone tell me if it will fit?

I've always wanted a AtV but never was really serious about it. I quess my main reason for waiting was being in a wheelchair, but about a month ago I figured I was going to do it.... I've had it about 30 hours and already have 4 hrs on it, keep in mind I have to sleep, work and eat for a combined of 24 hours in that 30 hr time frame....

What are any pros and cons of the Magnum?

Anyway Thanks for any info....

Default New Polaris Owner w/ a Question

Hey there and welcome,
I hope you'll feel as welcome as these folks have made me feel. Everyone here has been real friendly and answered alot of my rookie questions. I don't think you'll have any problems fitting into your truck bed. Keep in mind, I have a 2002 F-250 and I can carry my 2004.5 sportsman in the bed if need be. Use caution though, make SURE you secure your ramps to the truck. The ramps WILL slide off the tailgate and you could find yourself in serious trouble!!! I use my tie-down straps from the ramps to the bumper of the truck, and make sure they're tight!

Welcome to the forums. I dont think you will have a problem fitting it in your truck. My buddy puts his Predator in his step side Chevy. And the Pred is 1.5" wider than the Magnum. So I dont see it being a problem. And definately do strap your ramps done. When they fall it aint pretty!!!

that magnum will fit in your F-150 with no problem, my uncle can fit his sportsman700 in the bed. but now he has a chevy. the magnum is a good trail machine but lacks power. my rancher smoked my freinds magnum and beat him in a tug-a-war match
