Default Rear Hub

The rear hub on my trailblazer has stripped out twice in the last 2 months. What could cause the hubs to strip out this often? I just replaced it around a month and a half ago and it stripped out again today. Any ideas would help.

When you replace the hub put some silicon on the splines and tighten the nut good and tight. My 400 Sportsman used to strip hubs all the time until I started doing this.
