If it's made by Aeon, that is the same company that makes the 50 and 90's. Those little things run pretty good and hold up. Pobably because Polaris engineers and has quality guidelines w/ this company, i'm sure that's why the product holds up. PLus remember, it's still covered by Polaris no matter what happens during the warranty period and you can always get parts, unlike some of those other chinese atvs

According to my dealer you are right. Polaris designed it from th ground up then had Aaeon build them. The Pheonix at the 50th party were still prototypes according to my dealer. There were still a few kinks to be worked out, but they wanted to have them there for folks to see.
If Rick can speed them up I'll get one!!!!!!!!!!

I had heard that the engine /tranny package was from another off shore bike, but with polaris watching the quality control,I'm sure it will be fine, and have parts available.I will still buy one.

Hold up "pretty good" maybe but not just plain good or great.
My 9 year old son has a Scram 90X I have have changed the started idler gear 3 times, the kick start gets clogged up with dirt after every ride, frames bent, 1 a-arm bent but I was able to straiten that, tierod bent but I straighten it as well and that is with in 3 years of riding. My friend has 2 90 preds he has had to change the starter rely on both and his sons frame is bent like my sons and their kick starters clog up as well. I would not buy another one nor would I recomend one to anyone ether. Now my 2 real Polaris have been rock solid for 4 and 5 years!
BUILD THEM YOUR SEJVES POLARIS!

Yeah we never had much luck with our non-polaris Polaris sportsman 90. same problems as above, starter had problems, the chain would come off all the time, and absolutely terrifying to ride...
