i am gonna order a white bros e-series silencer for my '04 scrammy, my question is do i have to re-jet, and would you recommend a k&n air filter?

I would recommend a K&N. Absolutely. Also go ahead and get an Outerwears with it too. As for jetting, you have to let you machine be the judge. Some have needed to rejet while others have not. Just run it a little and check the plug. You may be able to get away without rejetting

 

I run the E serries on my Scrambler with a K&N and didnt need to rejet with 7 discs.More discs and you may have to rejet.
