Just read the first test done by Dirt wheels,, the test results were positive... they were impressed how fast polairs made changes on these two quads, they said it would take most companies years to change.. on power and speed.. they said the new TLD is better suited for tight trails or on a MX track, great power in 3 into 4th gear but lighter on top end compared to the standard 05 predator as they stated, the TLD would beat the stadard Pred in tight woods but the TLD would be left in the dust by the standard pred on the open trail.. In a nut shell the ended by saying if u dont ride aggressively, and ride on fairly fast open terrain the standard model would suite you better.............. ps basicly saying standard model more top-end and TLD more snappyer short runs what do u think????????[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

I will have to pick it up and read it. I already have a 04 50th anniversery edition Predator, but it is still cool to read things about the Predator. The Predator has been the top sport quad from 2003 to 2005 period. The seat does not seem to bother me too much.

Everyone has there own tastes. They all have there pros and cons, the BEST quad is usally your quad....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

I know my quad isn't the "BEST" the difference is I accept it lol

 

LOL what I was getting at was it is "usally" the best quad for you and your needs. I know mine is thats why I bought it, well maybe now that they droped the 800 it isn't but for the time being it is....
