Default NOTHER BOKEN CHAIN:l HELP:cool;

what have u guys been using for a stringer than OEM chain. This is the third chain in 4 months. Its not the chain, its the connecting link, but bends or damages the chain each time.

Default NOTHER BOKEN CHAIN:l HELP:cool;

i have the same prob all the time, well used to, but since the chain tensor it dont do it anymore. wat u maybe need to do is replace the front sprocket and the chain get a tensor and u wil be in good shape. i still run the stock chain and dont see running another till it breaks

i run the hpd one. theres one on ebay right now from hsp

this prob might be fairly easy to sholve just make sure all ur sprokest are stright and not bent and make sure ur wheel is in perfect aline with those lines on ur swing arm if they have then its like a peddel bike chain if ur tire is off center ur chain will pop/break

As for a chain, I use the DID X-Ring chain. Love da thing. That and the chain tensionor, and no worries

Default NOTHER BOKEN CHAIN:l HELP:cool;

my chain seems to be loose but ive been told not to tighten it because if i tighten it they say if i jump after tightening it it will break when landing but it was tighter before and never caused a problem so basically what im asking is how much slack should it have with no load on suspension. Its a 2002 trailboss 325

about 3/4 of an inch is wha ti ran with out problems when jumping. jsut go wtih your instinks and it should be fine
