Well I bought a used cool head off of ebay and needed the o-ring for it and called them up and they told me I needed the whole o-ring kit. I said that I have the head that uses the head gasket but they told me that it called for 3 orings. I'm trying to think of where 3 orings could go but I'm taking there word for it and go ahead and buy it (29.95 f**ing rip off I might add ). When I get it I can't see where in the world where the 2 other o-rings would go so I call them up and they say "well our new head takes a o-ring instead of a gasket". Basically he told me I bought the o-ring kit for nought. I guess I got someone that didn't know what they were talking about the first time and a jerk the second. Needless to say I'm through with HotSeat. If you buy something from them just be sure you know what you need cause they don't and really don't care that they don't

i ordered a upper stearing post bushing from them over a year ago,when i called i asked them if they were making the bushing for the 02 scrammy's yet and the kid said yes,so i bought it..i went to install it and guess what?it was for the older machines and wouldnt fit mine,i called them up and they were being di@ks about it,saying that i told them a different yer machine and this and that,i also agree that they suck,im going to buy 1 more thing from them and thats the stearing post they make,then im done with them..

 

I've NEVER had any trouble with HSP, but I live close enough that I don't have to deal with them on the phone. I just go in and get what I really need.

 

theyre terrrible at emailing but theyve always been a help on the phone and i love there products

 

Ill agree, Ive had a terrible experience with their products

 

I can see them making a mistake but the "oh well" attitude just pissed me off. That's no way to treat a customer. I guess I'm just used to dealing with Mr.Ritter.

 

we have aaen on our tb250 and it works great,but has anybody else had trouble with their pipe rusting?Thats the only problem i've had with it.

 

yeas!!! just gotta get it chromed or jet hot no paint really works

 

I have some paint that works pretty well.......try John Deere muffler black paint. It works well for me on my pred header.
