Pipe and jets for my '00 Trailblazer
#1
Hi guys, hope your quads are all running well and you have time to run them.
I have a question regarding putting the stock pipe from my Scrambler on my Wife's Trailblazer. Someone on here told me that they sucessfully did it but I don't remember who. I was wondering if any of you have tried it and with what results? What main jet do you think I should try? I plan to get several sizes to try but am not sure where to start? I ride from 5K feet all the way up to about 12K, as it is now the stock TB is low on power in the first place and at 10k feet power is nearly non existant. My wife is no speed demon and only weighs 120 lbs. but she is ready for more power. She is new to this but you wouldn't know it to see the trails she rides on, a few days ago we were on a trail that had me nervous. The trail was just wide enough for quads and had at least a 3k vertical drop straight down the side, no room for error. Will take pics and post soon. Thanks for any replies, Laterz

I had one on my 99TB for 6 months. It will fit and it will run better. But if you are not real mechanicly inclined there are alot fabrications to be made. I did not have to make a jetting change but I think the elevation in Ohio is lower so you may have too! I did change my needle jet postion to the #4 notch. Stock was #3.
I now have a HPD pipe and you would really be better off with buying an after market pipe and clutch kit.
