Today, seeing as how I had the wheels off my quad I decided to weigh them. I got on the scale and then had my wife hand me my 26" mudrunners. I was surprised that they weighed in at about 35 lbs each .

My question is: How much do stock 25" tires off an Xplorer or Sportsman weigh??
I am thinking of getting some new rims and smaller(stock size) tires for my Xplorer to get back a bit of speed and performance for hard packed...

 

The stock Dunlops weigh 20lbs ea.

 

With or without the rims?
