The race pipe that HPD has, will it fit on the 250 Trailblazer? Does anyone make a large expansion chamber pipe for the Trailblazer 250? It would be for the 98 non-concentric.

i have a ftr one for the trail blazer but i havent used it yet. forgot what the jetting was and old kelly vanished

it will fit but you would loose all lowend unless your trailblazer is heavily modified

 

Well I am in the process of adding some bottom end to the 250. I have the HPD reed conversion Kit and ported jug on the way. The trailbalzer already has the HPD Aggressie Clutch Kit. Also it has a Polaris Platinum forged piston in it. Does anyone know how reliable these pistons are?

 

Well I know on the FTR pipe it just doesnt slip in like butter, you have to do a little work to make it fit .... What kind of silencer are u using? But im not sure if the HPd will fit ..Austin

 

iwas going to use a cascade innovations cfsx silnecer for 250r and make brakets to fit like i did with my cpi on my 400
