How do I take off the hubs on the back axel. In other words step 1) take off tire and wheel

But then does the hub with the four bolts just pop off after you remove the center bolt or do i have to have some special tool to pry it off. Like a pulley puller from an auto store.

Just take the axle nut and cotter pin off, and the hub will slide right off in your hand. Make sure you put some anti-seize on the splines before you re-install it. Also, run it for awhile, then re-tighten the nuts.
