jimmypsp700, do you know if pure polaris or white brothers make a pipe like you have on your 700 for the 4stroke 400? or maybe does that one fit? I saw one like yours at the dealer, but didnt get to see what machine it was on.. TIA

 

I'm not sure but don't think they have one for the 400. try Big Gunn. It's the silencer only, no pipe, from Pure Polaris made by White bros. Most don't know about the 600/700 silencer, including dealers. I know there is one for the Pred.

Duneman, you have some sweet quads! I love that Freedom look , thats what I originally wanted to get but couldnt find one. Maybe I'll get blue rear plastic and decals some day.

 

Do you have to rejet when you change silencers? Because i dont really know what that means exactly. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]
I know what changing the jet is, but would have no idea how to do it or tune it correctly

 

Some recamend it, others dont. The 600/700 Polaris silencer instructions said it was designed for a stock machine with no jetting required. I would say it depends on how your machine is currently running.
