I've tried all of them, or it seems like it anyway, and I've settled on the Oury Grips, like the others say, just a tad larger in diameter, soft gel like feeling, the larger block pattern seems like it takes the vibration away.. You might want to give em a try, I've put them on all 8 of my bkies..

 

Kill two birds with one stone, get the Cycle Country heated grips. The are bigger than stock, kinda bulged in the middle and have a off/hi/low switch for your riding preference.
