is a scrambler 400 faster or a scrambler 500

Stock a 400 but just barely. Modded a 400 by a long shot.

Yup, stock 400's just barely beat the 500's ...
But, 400's modded, dust the 500's

o im going to race a 500 soon because he thinks he can beat me so his is completly stock i should kill him

because the 400 is a 2-stroke and the 500 is a 4-stroke. 2-stroke's make power in half the strokes and with less moving parts...

I have to agree with Jayblazer, the 2 stroke puts out more hp. I think my old 400 Scrambler and my buddies 500 Scrambler was about the same weight. Of course he had more low end and I had more wheel speed.
