Lukestar you should email him and ask what comision he is going to give you for using your pics. then demand like 25% of the sale price if he uses them. lol
I bet he will take the pics down shortly after not wanting to share what ever money he makes off a scam.

i emailed the guy yesterday: "just wondering why you stole someone's pics and used them to mis-represent your ATV for sale?
just saw your add on ebay."
he responded with the following today:
"I'm Jason Diaz, we've talked once.
Do you want to buy ? Tell me in what model of ATV are you interested.
Thank You."
anyone know this guy?

What are you guy's talking about ? It IS a 2003 Trail Boss 330 ....but it is a scam the photo's were stolen from Lukster's atv connection gallery.....

I no longer have the swing arm Pro-Armor skid plate. It would drag in the sand and snow when the wheels would have to bite down and I would lose traction and even get stuck.

Do you have the pictures uploaded and linked them to ebay? if so.. Get some different pictures with the exact name and upload them to the exact same location... All of a sudden those pictures of a 4 wheeler can be drastically altered to something like.. um.. a horses ***??
