Default 400L water pump shaft

My water pump was leaking into my crank case. When I pulled open the water pump I can see
that the water pump shaft is messed up. I did not pull the engine . Can anyone tell me tell me
if I can remove and replace the water pump shaft or is it all one piece or and I need to replace the whole counter balance.

thanks

The shaft and the counter balance are all one pice. I took mine to a local machine shop, and they "spray welded" it. then turned it down on a lathe. Just like new.
Also, I think Rick Ritter has re-man counterbalancers
