why would you replace the pipe ,,wouldnt the silencer be the bottle neck.just woundering

 

All the silencer does is keeps the noise down (and some have spark arrestors). The pipe is what makes the power

 

so if i wanted more bottem end bouya what pipe would i look for (no need for a novel here im just wondering)

 

You should contact Rick at RCR. His stage 1 kit sounds just right for you. You get your choice of low, mid, or top end pipe, silencer, clutch mods (needed with the pipe change), air filter, and jets

 

I agree with BBS, give rick a call. My mods made a big differance. its in the pipe, you could run the same stock silencer.

if i keep the silencer but get a new pipe will it be the same noise level? am thinking about getting some more lowend for plowing but I dont want anything loud when i go house to house [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

Your gonna hear a difference if you get an aftermarket pipe on it .... I would personally go with an Hpd or Cpi pipe ....
