Question about replacement plastic?
#1
I know someone that is selling what he says is 96-97 plastic for a Scrambler(I really don't know if a 96-97 even came with white plastic, I thought it was purple). It includes both front and rear fenders for $100 still in the box. I have a 2000 Sram and need new platic for it. Will the the plastic he's selling fit mine with no mods and is it possible to get a white nosepiece wihtout the headlight opening in it as my lights are above the bars? Thanks.

The plastic between the scramblers, sports, and trailblazers are all interchangable with all years

Well I guess I'd better pick up that plastic. Mines not all that bad, but it does have a bunch of cracks in it. I'll just have a red stripe down the nose of it. To answer the question about the sensor....it was the easiest place to mount it and it is accurate unless the rear tires are spinning, but I don't much use the speedo part of it, mostly just the hour meter. Thanks to all for the help!
