I was just wondering if any one has come up with miles per tank you can average while trail riding for the day.

Thanks is advance.

I get 22-24 or so, got 19 once but that was all day, riding double, and lots and lots of mud. We went 48 miles yesterday and it took me 2 gallons to fill it back up, at the rate we were going I could have gone about 130 miles. but I rarely go more than 80 before looking for a gas pump.

Thanks xepathfinder, I was just curious. I've been getting around 20 miles per gallon at 4500 feet in southern Oregon

We are only about 600 feet above sea level here in Maine.
