what dealers have the best price on the new 800 efi. thinking of trading in my 04.5sp 600 for one.

 

just out of curiousity, why are you going to trade in your 04 600. what is the main reasoning, seems like the 600 would be well sufficient.

 

i take it he wants the numbers 800 on his gas tank

 

If you want to give someone $1000 bucks for nothing, I'll take it. Everyone likes to have the biggest and best of everything, when what they have will do the job. This is why the manufacturers keep making new products with bigger numbers on the panels. If money is no object, good luck to you and get the 800. Myself, I will buy the 04.5 600 at a huge discount when you trade it. Thanx for taking care of the depreciation for me. Did you take good care of it?? Just kidding... trying to have some fun.

 

first, i think the new style sportsman are nicer looking, i like the dual exhaust look. but the biggest reason is the 600 cold weather starting and running. i think with the EFI, you would eliminate screwing around with the choke(?) and not having to wait 10 minutes or so to plow a driveway full of snow. maybe my 600 will get better after it has more hours on it. i think at this day and age you should be able to start it up and ride. should be automatic choke. the thing reminds me of my 49 truck and it's hand choke. i don't think I have 20 hours on my 600. so it is like new. make me an offer!
