Default Inline coolers for pred..........

i would start by puting both on the coolant hoses...then see how they work. if you want to get cooler then get some for the oil, they're cheap enough...one step at a time young grasshoppa...LOL let me know how it works out for ya!

Brad, have you ever tried engine ice before? It works well. I was going to go with the fins also....but i'm going back to the engine ice. I ran it in my Scrambler.

i would think if you had one on the oil line and went riding in COLD weather, it could do something strange to the oil full synthetic when warmed to operating temp is almost like water then that WARM/HOT oil runs through the hose and hits a REALY COOL spot....what do you think would happen??? i don't know but i don't think it would be good , do you? i dn't know anyone that has put a fin cooler on the oil hose(s). but if you'd like you could be the first...LOL

Yeah I see what you are saying.........Don't really want to be a lab rat on anything......I don't have enough money.

So what, put them on both of the radiator hoses??

Raj.....I was thinking of that or red line water wetter...........See I am going to be running harescrambles next year, and with 2 hrs of riding hard it could get pretty hot.......I've seen many guys actually run all of the antifreeze out of the quad before.........most of them are sooo muddy it causes this though.......The mud cloggs the radiator and it gets even hotter.......So with this all in mind, I'm going to screen the radiator pretty well, and try to cool it as best as I can.......I don't like the idea of my pred running hot......

You put one on your outflow line to the engine and one on the return line.

Thanks guys.........that is what I was thinking, one in and one out.........possibly with some engine ice or something.......that should get it real cool

Omaha......really??? I am planning on running a lot of them too..........what are you going to run them with?? Your pred will have too much power to run them with........FYI.......last year(this year) they were really muddy(they actually put down pallets to drive over the creeks with).........and they also don't give much room to drive in between trees.
