It depends on how you ride.I liked the Aaen on my old 400 Sportsman and my wife likes the Dynoport on her Scrambler because it has a stock clutch set up.My sons HPD is ok in the dunes and trails but the high engagment of the clutch that matches the pipe tends to be a little high and he burys it in mud.so I can say that HPD is the best all the top pipes are ok but finding one that mets your needs is hard.

I run the FTR pipe which I believe is almost identical to the CPI pipe. I first put it on when my bike was stock and the torque was unbelievable and now with the mods it really works good on the high RPM also, and no leg heat!

When I first put it on I had not even took the clutch cover off. I then run a plain spring, on the primary from RCR and a violet on the secondary. This was at the same time I 1st put the 12 to 1 dome on. No porting work done at that time.
