Just got a call from my sponsor (polaris dealer). He told me that there is no scrambler 400 4x4 available for 2001.

If the ATVConnection article is correct, they also dropped the Magnum 325 4x2.

 

A fax from Polaris states the Magnum 325 2x4 is still in the line up for "01". It is a real good seller and a heck of a dependable unit.

 

i hope the 325 4x2 makes it for 2001 it is the one i want for my girlfriend and better yet the one SHE wants. there are allot of them around here and people do like them allo.

 

I'm a little disappointed to hear about the 400 4x4 being dropped. I have a 97 and love it. I guess this is one way to get people to buy the 500.

My dealer just told me there is for sure going to be a 325 Magnum 4x2 for 2001.

 

Just met up with my sponcer today. He says that his polaris rep told him that if there enough demand for a 400 4x4 scrambler in 2001 they will produce them. According to him polaris allready has 680 orders on 2001 scrambler 400 4x4's already, so maybe they will.

I guess the only up side I can see to them not making anymore 400 4x4's is that those who have them already will hold thier value better if the demand is still there.

 

Fax is in. Scrambler 400 4x4 will no longer be produced. All unfilled orders will be cancelled.
Upside: A limited amount of Scrambler 500 4x4's will come in Screaming Yellow. Get your orders in now before its too late.
