I have a 91' TrailBoss 2504x4, and it pulls really hard to the left, not constantly, it will just keep yanking to the left, it used to do it only once in a while, but now it does it constantly and it knocks, i can here it and feel it knocking somewhere in the front it seems. AND when i put it in 4x4, both the front tires used to always spin, but now only the front right tire spins. so if anyone knows whats goin on ...

Check the brake on that side ... maybe no pad left? maybe some rust on the piston making it stick?

 

sounds to me like a damaged CV joint on the left side if it is jerking and making noise....could be out of place or just worn to nothing...take a look...

 

Would i be able to take the whole cv joint out for now, until i fix it, and not use 4wd? Or is that not good.?

 

so was the CV joint the problem? and no i dont think that it is a good idea to drive it without the joint in there....contamination and so on....

 

You can probably run it but wont stay together very long.
