I am not sure if the heet helped or not I will ride the hell out of it this week and see what happens, after all of the gas has been run through Maybe it will clear. the gas did not have any water bubbles yet it looked less colored than I expected maybe the heet mixed all in so I could not see it. if I run all the gas out refill than I will know.

Water can not mix with gas. You can see it in the bottom of a container full of fuel. The alcohol in the heet mixes with the water then this mixture can be mixed and burned in the gas. Good luck getting it fixed whatever it is.

I agree that is why yo use heet that can mix with water and then the mixture can mix with gas that may be why the gas looked a little lighter without that blueish color.

You shouldn't have to do that at all....if they tell you to do that then they know something about a possible defect and don't want to actually tell you......Keep up with the polaris recalls....I'm sure there is due to be one for this!!!!

I had a similar problem on my 05 700 EFI, both spark plug boots where very loose and one would not stay on.
It would idle fine but on rough terrain or high revs it would miss. Dealer replaced wires, runs great now.

If you run into this problem again it is very easy to slightly crimp a boot with a pair of pliers to make it tighter.
