Any pipes out for the Sportsman 800 yet
#2
Hmm, thats a tough question.
I think most people who own 4X4's dont want them to be loud.
So, i think polaris wont be making any loud pipes for the 4X4.
I personally frown upon the idea of a loud 4X4 just because around here, people already frown upon the idea of us riding all over the land and tearing it up....
Just my thoughts.

Well maybe in Alaska they worry about that alot more but around here we want them to sound good, I am not talking about making it super loud just want it loud enough to here it rumble. right now it hummmmmms like a waverunner, its just has an erratating drone to it. I run Procircut pipes on all my other quads and they are not super loud, they are just the right mix. I have had pipes that were to loud and had to take them off because it was driving me nuts like an HMF race pipe on a Grizzly. I just like a nice deep rumble. Most everyone I run accross compliment my V-twin prairie/twinpeaks on how good they sound, I have never had anyone complane about them being to loud.

i'm the same, don't want them loud....i had on the pure polaris on my '05 700 EFI and it was too loud for my hunting, etc. purposes, so I sold it.....i'm sure they'll be coming out with some pipes soon....on the EFI, its hard to get more power with a new exhaust because of the efficiency of the computer that controls the ignition and fuel/air mixture.....i saw very minor gains on my pure polaris....only on low end....
