I believe it is either a "98" or "99", I really don't believe it would be newer than that.

 

Your vin number is not correct if you recheck it I can tell you when it was build and registered.

pretty sure it is a 99 model

the 12th digit was the only difference I saw, they had a D wrote in the manual were I believe the chassis has a 0. I went out and copied the numbers off the chassis and that was the only thing I saw different.
