I have a 99 scrambler with a problem similar to Kawirider. It work whenever it feels like it. I checked the wires and found nothing so far. It hot from the gear switch to the handlebar switch. The wiring scematic shows a "AWD AMP " component it the throttle housing. When the AWD works, there is no power to this part,when the AWD doesnt work, it has power to it. The shop told me its a breaker switch and costs $100 because its part of the housing. Im just fishing for ideas or similar issues from other people . Thanks!
