Default HPD powermaxx

does HPD make what they call a powermax pipe for the predator. what are the benefits of that pipe?

yeah they make it,a trail and a race version.the trail version is suppose to give you a 3-4 mph increase in 100yds,low 90 decibles and the race version is suppose to give you 5+mph in 100yds and its in the high 90 decibles..

this year i will have new exhaust system and ignition setup plus new top end and if everything pans out tright maybe bigger motor.....

you aint gunning for the boms are you ? Isaw a pred yesterday with a powermax pipe dont know what version but it was pretty loud and pretty quick ran right with the alky YFZ. not bad for no paddles.

now, if only someone would show some dino sheets of the hpd stuff. I know a dyno doesn't show everything, but for those of us who are thinking about a new pipe, it's nice to know where the power hits.


Every dyno is differerent, the numbers don't matter as much as the difference from stock to mod does.


Someone please post a before and after dyno of hpd stuff. PLLLLEEEEEEAAAAAASSSSSSEEEE [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

It's dyno enough for me, when Doug tests all of the pipes made for the pred, and comes up with the HPD pipe......and runs it most of this season, until he made his own pipe and the rath header..........

when i'm done i will be on a dyno...and will post the sheets!! but i'm not stock so i don't know how much it will help....i'm mainlt going on the dyno to make sure i am tuned right!!
