Thats cool, I would love to see him race. I'm trying to talk him into going to Hatfield & McCoys in June...to Drag there.

Well.......I just added up my money, and I have about $420 to spend.......hopefully he still has it on sale!!! Is that what you suggest I get with the money?? Or would you go with a Rath header, and get something else(carb,etc).......??


Also, how much do you think I could get out of my pipe, and out of my stock full system??

 

i kept my head pipe....i might find some where cheap to get it coated then sell it...it will be worth more then!!! or just keep it to go with the stock sleeper exhaust i've been working on!! and what i recomend wait till i get back together then you can ride mine and see if you like it!!

i don't want you to spend all that $$ and not be happy and blame it on me for my recomendation...

 

lol......I would never blame you, and I've had it reccommended by Doug before(a while ago)......I have been debating it for a long time too......just never done it.


Anything else you would reccommend putting your money into?? How about the nicholas cycle cdi(cheap one)?? I want to spend some money on something!!!!

 

I like the way my Predator pulls through the gears with the Rath Head Pipe. The engine is more responsive as well.
Ceramic coating the head pipe will do two things, 1) lower outside exhaust temps. and look a lot better, 2) aid in performance.

 

The cdi would be a must for me. So when doug has them for the 05 I will have one.

That wouldn't have had anything to do with your motor troubles would it have?? Like with your valves being out of whack and stuff.......I didn't know if that stuff being messed up, and the extra cdi if those together would cause problems.....I don't really want the cdi if it will cause problems like you have.............

 

im not positive that's what cause it...but i didn't back fire until i got it!!!
