But i still will not state with the exhaust off thats why i think that it might be in the carb... I was at a job today (bomborder dealer) and asked their Mech what he thought about it and he said something about the engine not being grounded good enough.. But i checked all the wires and the all look fine.. I'm just clueless..

Are you talking about the vent for the gas cap or for the carb? Either will have the same effect--starve the motor of fuel. I would give that carb a thorough cleaning--every passage blown out w/ a good carb cleaner (like Honda brand carb cleaner... works mint!) and compressed air.
Just don't get that carb cleaner on anthing rubber-- it tends to make it "grow".

Sorry- brain is catching up to me now...
Try turning the air screw in a half-turn (easy stuff first...). I think you may be too lean on the pilot circuit, due to the colder winter temps.
By blowing into the vent, it's having the same effect as a "prime" button on a mower or snowblower-- forcing fuel into the intake tract (suggesting that your lean).

i have adjusted it in and out (air screw) and it does nothing.. As for the cold weather it got up to 70 today, so that would have anything to do about it.. Plus, it smells really rich, i didn't check the plug so i don't really know.. i'll take the carb off an give it a good cleaning tomorrow.. thanks for all the advice..
