Default Hard to steer

My 2004 700 is getting hard to steer. Is there a bushing that can go out? I dont think there is a grease zerk is there? At the same time, my handlebars vibrate pretty bad at an idol when my hands are not on them. Any clue what could be going on? Is it a coincidence that they shake bad AND it is hard to steer?

have you changed your hub fluid lately? If it's hard, sounds like the AWD is on more than it's off ... i've had this happen when riding on clay in the rain. It's just slick enough to keep the AWD on but hard enough surface to make steering feel heavy.
