Default What should I do?

I have a 2002 Sportsman 500 HO with 580 miles on it, I would like to get just a little more power on take off through top end if you can get best of both worlds. I have to say it has some get up and go just for stock. I am about to replace the belt for a slippage problem due to lack of knowledge on the low and high shifting I should had done in the woods when I fist got it . If I go with a clutch kit what is the cheapest and best out there. I have heard that I can do something to the secondary by aligning #s up, is this true and how would you do it? I also would welcome other suggestions to pep it up. Thanks.
