700 Plastic Switch

Hey Guys, How interchangable is the plastic for the 02, 03, and 04 700s?? I'm due for a switcheroo on my 02 700. Thanks

plastics from 2000 to 2004 i think will fit, 05's wont though as its an entirely new design
