NO electric start

Thanks for all the replies. Just got home from work. Heading out to the garage to figure whats going on with the old electric start. Again thanks for all the help.

NO electric start

Just use the manual start (It has one, right?)...

Electric starts are for wussys... (Or wives who don't like kicking over their husbands' 250R....)

All kidding aside - sounds like a solenoid to me.
