Anyone up for St. Helens?
#1
My buddy Leo an I may be going to St. Helens this weekend to go riding if anyone is interested. I will know for sure friday and will let you all know if we decide to go or not. I have never been up there so I am hoping we make it up there to find "the way out".

St Helens is a town and an ORV area in MI, no mountains or volcanos anywhere in site, pretty flat actually with the exception of a bunch of whoops!
Dave,
I was thinking it would be hard to make it this weekend too. The 20th is a remote possibility, i'll have to talk to the GF to see if she'll go, most likely not.
Also there might be some trail/route closures for snowmobilers. The main parking lot/staging area near the scramble area is hard to find for the first time out, its to the east of town by the railroad tracks down like a sidestreet. Its not shown well on the DNR trail maps.
