Default 800 efi

blow out a belt alredy 80 milles not to impresse never hapend to some one else??????

got 180 miles, belt is like new, minimal wear, have you been doing alot of wheelies from stop?

no its winter here no weelies dont know what hapend i was going about 40 miles h/r and i blow the belt any thing you think?????

Do you ride at a slow speed in high range a lot? Also check the width of your belt. I've heard of a couple 800 that there belt came new but was almost a skinny as a worn out one. A new belt should be between 1.174-1.188"(2.98-3.02cm) wear limit is at 1.125". Also should be able to get a new belt from Polaris. If they do get you a new belt, I would have them look to see if the clutch alignment is within spec. *0 miles is to quick for a proper alignment.

just make sure if your ever going under 7mph then stay in low... the manual says not to go over 7mph in low.

blew one out a week ago but was my fault got in a tight spot going forward/backward/forward/backward shiffted in high i thought hammered it but was in "low" never the less went to my shop installed new belt other than that awsome machine!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
