Hey guys, I've got something I need some help with. I'm going to eliminate the oil injection on my Xplorer 400, but hotseat and hpd claim you need to go with a single throttle cable. However, neither has a cable that fits the plastic thumb throttle. Is there a way to get around this, or is there a manufacturer that makes a single throttle cable for my bike? Also, which has a better injector eliminator kit: hpd or hotseat?? Any help on this topic is much appreciated.

I just was on RCR's website and Rick has a throttle cable listed for use after blocking off the oil injection. It did not say if it would work on the plastic throttle lever. Give Rick a call and he should be able to help you.
